Partnering with 4Wall and Metro Media to manage labor and production timelines for CNA 2023.

With a daily average of 120 IATSE stagehands, we helped manage labor allocation, track labor budget and manage schedules. With labor spread across 8 different locations, we worked hand in hand with both the show producer and IATSE stewards to ensure clear communication and scheduling throughout the run of the event.
